Can I change something after I order?
Yes, for 24 hours, from your order page: the line, the names, the frame, the sky behind the photo, how the photo sits, your note and the address. Or cancel for a full refund. After that it goes to print.
How long does it take?
It prints 24 hours after you order, or sooner if you say so on your order page, then takes about 7 to 10 days to reach you. For Christmas, order by December 8.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the US, free.
Which photo works best?
The original, from your phone. A photo sent by chat forgets when and where it was taken.
We only know the date.
That’s enough. The print says the date without a time, and its sky is that night’s unless you pick another from that day. With the exact time, we also look for what was happening somewhere else at that minute.
We don’t have a photo from that night.
Leave it out. Its place shows the sky as it was, with the Moon when it was in it.
There’s no news line for our date.
We have news lines for only some dates. Pick another line: how many people were alive or, with the exact time, what was happening somewhere else.
What is the frame like?
Ayous wood, ¾ inch deep, in black, white or oak, with an acrylic front and hanging hardware. The print is on thick matte paper, 189 g/m². No mat.
Who can see our reveal?
Only people with the link or the frame. Search engines never see it.
It arrived damaged.
Send us a photo within 30 days and we send a new one.
